Procedure for Information Notification Policy of Rakyat Management Services Sdn Bhd
Any employee or member of the public who possesses knowledge of or is aware of inappropriate conduct (criminal misconduct or offence) taking place or to take place at RAKYAT MANAGEMENT SERVICES SDN BHD is encouraged to disclose it by following the procedure stated in this document.

Identity Disclosure
To enable the company to provide the informant with adequate protection under the policy as well as to obtain further information on the said disclosure, the informant is required to disclose the following personal information:-
Name
Identity card no.
Contact information (office/mobile/home)
Scope of Report
Any inappropriate conduct (criminal misconduct or offence) including but NOT limited to the following:-
Fraud
Bribery
Power abuse
Conflict of interest
Theft or embezzlement
Abuse of company property
Non-compliance with procedures
Only genuine concerns should be disclosed. The informant shall be responsible for ensuring that the disclosure is made honestly and free from any ill intent. In addition, any disclosures found to be trivial or vexatious will not be entertained. Should the investigation reveal that the disclosure was made with ill intent, appropriate action can be taken against the informant.
Content of Disclosure
Any disclosures made shall contain the following information:-
Particulars of the person(s) involved
Particulars of the allegation
Nature of the allegation
Where and when alleged misconduct/offence took place
Other relevant information
Supporting evidence, if any
Provision of Protection to the Informant
An informant shall be provided protection under the policy on condition that the disclosure was made with good intent. Such protection shall also be provided in the event that the investigation reveals that the said informant was confused about the facts, rules and procedures involved.
Protection for the informant may be revoked under the following conditions, among others:-
The informant behaves inappropriately
The informant deliberately discloses false statements
The disclosure was made with ill intent
The disclosure is trivial or vexatious
Protection for the informant may be revoked under the following conditions, among others:-
Notification of Outcome of Disclosure
The informant shall be notified of the outcome of the disclosure.
