Rakyat Management Services Sdn Bhd (RMS) Retreat, 27 to 29 September 2024, Thistle Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan
Rakyat Management Services Sdn Bhd (RMS), the franchisor of Ar-Rahnu X’Change (ARX), recently organised an RMS Retreat for 56 personnel at the Thistle Port Dickson in Negeri Sembilan. The retreat was held to further improve the performance of the personnel through talks, and also to foster closer relations amongst them.
The programme included Smart Ways in Financial Planning presented by Mr Afyan Mat Rawi (Infaq Consultancy Sdn Bhd) and Emotional Intelligence Management by Mr Zukernain Wook (Innotech Excel Consulting). Furthermore, the Young Imam Muda Mohd Hassan Adli Yahaya @ Yahuza conducted a spiritual sharing session.
The personnel were also given the opportunity to make presentations on topics provided by the retreat secretariat on efforts to improve performance and cooperation amongst the office staff, as well as current issues pertaining to health and safety at the office.
